1. Content you may share
- Videos you have produced yourself,
- Videos for which you have obtained written or explicit usage permission from the rights holder,
- Videos from the Forge pool (only for publishing through Forge and on your connected accounts).
You may not use someone else's video merely because you were given its link; the fact that a video is publicly available on the internet does not give you the right to use it. Forge is not a tool that automatically finds other people's content and re-publishes it.
2. Rights declaration and records
When you add a video, by continuing as written under the "Add" button, you declare that you have the right to use the video. The video's source link and the time of the declaration (addition) are recorded; when a rights infringement claim is made, these records are examined and, where necessary, shared with the competent authorities.
3. Prohibited content
- Content that infringes copyright, trademark or personality rights,
- Content that is illegal, incites violence or hatred, is obscene, or involves the sexual abuse of children,
- Content that is misleading, resembles fake news, or defames individuals,
- Content that violates the community guidelines of Instagram, TikTok or YouTube.
Creating clips from matches, TV broadcasts, or other people's live stream recordings is prohibited.
4. Reporting a rights infringement
If you believe that content distributed from Forge's content pool, or shared through Forge, infringes your rights, fill in the copyright notice form. The notice must include the following:
- your name and an e-mail address at which we can reach you,
- the link to the post you believe infringes (e.g. an Instagram, TikTok or YouTube post),
- the link to the original work, if any,
- a short description of the infringement and your declaration that the notice is made in good faith and with accurate information.
5. How we handle notices
- We review notices within a reasonable time and inform you of the outcome at the e-mail address you provided. If information is missing, we will ask you for it by e-mail.
- Where necessary, we remove the content: we stop the posts of the relevant Forge account and cancel the relevant videos not yet published. If it is a video in the content pool, we remove it from the pool and stop its distribution to other accounts.
- For the removal of a post published on Instagram, TikTok or YouTube, we notify the account owner. You may also report the content directly to the relevant platform.
- We close the Forge account in case of repeated infringements.
- If the content is not removed, the rights holder's right to apply to the Chief Public Prosecutor's Office (Law on Intellectual and Artistic Works (FSEK), Supplementary Art. 4) is reserved.
6. Counter-notice (objection)
- We inform the user whose content has been removed or whose sharing has been stopped of the reason, by e-mail or panel notice.
- The content owner may object via Wiozen's Help center. The objection must include a document showing the right to use the content (a license, a written permission, or a record showing that the content is their own production).
- We forward the objection to the notifier, sharing personal data to the extent necessary, evaluate both parties' documents within a reasonable time, and inform both parties of the outcome.
7. Bad-faith notices
Notices that are untrue or made in bad faith may give rise to legal liability for the person making the notice.
