1. Parties and scope
These terms apply between the seller providing the service under the Wiozen brand ("Wiozen", "we") and the person who signs in to Wiozen Forge ("Forge") with a Wiozen account ("you"). The seller's identity and contact details, such as its name, address, tax details, e-mail and registered e-mail (KEP) address, are published on the Legal information page on the Wiozen account site. By signing in to Forge and confirming this text, you accept these terms. If you are under 18, you may use the service only with the permission of your parent or guardian. Because Forge operates through your Wiozen account and balance, the Wiozen Terms of Use also apply; in case of conflict, this text governs matters specific to Forge.
2. Nature of the service
Forge processes the videos you provide, suggests titles and descriptions with artificial intelligence, produces 1080×1350 videos with the template you choose, and publishes them to the Instagram, TikTok and YouTube accounts you connect, on the platforms you select and at the times you set. Publishing is carried out through Upload-Post, an intermediary social media publishing service that uses the official interfaces of these platforms. Forge is not connected with Instagram, Meta, TikTok, ByteDance, YouTube, Google or this intermediary service, and is not approved by them.
3. Your social media accounts
- You may connect only Instagram, TikTok and YouTube accounts that belong to you or that you are authorized to manage.
- The same rule applies when you connect a live-streaming channel (Twitch, Kick, YouTube) for Clips: you may connect only channels you own or are authorized to manage. The broadcasts of a connected channel are treated as your content, and our content rules apply to them too.
- Your passwords are never sent to Forge. You connect your accounts on each platform's own approval screen, and you may disconnect them at any time.
- Complying with the rules and community guidelines of Instagram, TikTok and YouTube is your responsibility. A platform restricting your account, removing your post, cutting off access or changing its interfaces is beyond our control.
- When you publish a video on more than one platform, one video is deducted from your video allowance; a failure to publish on one platform does not affect the others.
4. Content and usage rights
For every video, logo and text you upload to Forge or whose link you provide, you declare that you hold all the rights required (copyright, personality rights, trademark, music) or have permission from the rights holder. By continuing with the "Add" button, as written under it, when adding a video, you make this declaration; the declaration is recorded together with the video's source link and the time of addition. You are responsible for claims arising from the declaration being untrue. You agree to cover, in proportion to your fault, legally well-founded claims made against us because of a rights infringement caused by your fault, as well as the reasonable costs we incur in defending against them. Details are in the Content and Copyright Policy.
5. AI-written text
Titles and descriptions are written automatically by artificial intelligence; they may be wrong, incomplete or unsuitable for the context. In "Auto-publish" mode, videos are published without you seeing them first. Every text and video that is published is subject to your review and responsibility; for important content, we recommend using "Show me first" mode.
6. Pool videos
- Pool videos are added by our team, after usage rights have been obtained.
- You are granted only a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive permission to publish these videos through Forge, on the Instagram, TikTok and YouTube accounts you connect and on the platforms you select. You may not download the video and use it elsewhere, sell it or distribute it.
- We may remove a pool video at any time; copies not yet published are cancelled and your video allowance is refunded. If the rights holder requests it, we may ask you to remove a post that has already been published.
7. Plans and pricing
- Plans are monthly. Prices are in US dollars (USD), and the fee is deducted in advance from your Wiozen balance at the time of purchase.
- Before you buy, or before you resume a paused plan, the Plans page shows pre-contract information (seller, price, renewal, cancellation, right of withdrawal and complaint routes). A purchase cannot be made unless you confirm, with a separate checkbox, that the service starts immediately.
- Every 30 days, the plan renews automatically from your Wiozen balance. 3 days before renewal, you receive a reminder in the panel stating the renewal date, the fee and how to turn off renewal.
- You can turn off automatic renewal at any time from the Plans page with one click; the plan continues to work until the end of that period.
- If your balance is insufficient at renewal, the plan is paused. Scheduled publications wait, and nothing is deleted.
- When a video is rendered, one video is deducted from your plan's video allowance; it is not restored even if you later reject the video. Editing the title and rendering again does not use another video.
- Unused video allowances do not carry over to the next period.
- Titles and descriptions written with AI are generated using the Forge connection key in your Wiozen account. The cost of these requests is deducted from your Wiozen balance at Wiozen prices and is not included in the plan fee. If your balance is insufficient, the title is written without AI, from the information you provided.
- Plan prices may change. A price change is announced through a panel notice. A price increase applies only to renewals made at least 14 days after the announcement; renewals within those 14 days are charged at the old price. A price reduction applies immediately. A new price does not affect the period you have already paid for; if you do not accept it, you may turn off renewal.
- Details are in the Plans and Refund Policy.
8. No guarantee of uninterrupted service
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that videos will always be published at the set time, that downloading from video sources will always be possible, or that the intermediary publishing service, the artificial intelligence models and the social media platforms will operate without interruption. Publishing may be delayed or may fail; in that case it appears as an error in your jobs panel and can be retried. This clause does not limit your statutory rights regarding defective service, which are reserved.
9. Acceptable use
The following are prohibited, and may lead to your account or connected social media accounts being suspended without notice:
- publishing content you have no right to publish,
- publishing content that is illegal, contains hate speech, is misleading, obscene or violates other people's personality rights,
- using Forge for spam, fake engagement, or to circumvent the rules of Instagram, TikTok and YouTube,
- opening multiple accounts to exceed plan limits, overloading the system, or attempting to bypass security measures.
10. Suspension of your account
In the event of a breach of these terms, a complaint from a rights holder, suspicion of misuse or a legal obligation, we may suspend or close your Forge account or one of your connected social media accounts. Plan fees paid are not refunded for accounts suspended or closed due to a breach. The only exception: if we terminate the service, or close your account without fault on your part, the unused part of the paid period you are in is refunded to you on a pro-rata basis by day.
11. Limitation of liability
Liability arising from intent or gross negligence, and liability that cannot be limited by law, is outside this clause. Except for these, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use the service, for loss of profit, followers, reach, access or data, or for sanctions imposed by social media platforms on an account. Our total liability is limited to the plan fee you paid for Forge in the last 30 days before the event giving rise to the claim.
12. Complaints and disputes
You may send your complaints via Wiozen's Help center or to the contact addresses published on the Legal information page on the Wiozen account site. For disputes, you may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee in your place of residence or where you purchased the service, within the monetary limits set each year by the Ministry of Trade. For disputes exceeding those limits, you may apply to a mediator and to the consumer court.
13. Changes and contact
We may update these terms. We will announce significant changes in advance through a notice and notification in the panel; continuing to use Forge after the notice means you accept the new text. For major changes that materially narrow your rights (for example, narrowing the refund rule), your explicit consent will be requested before you may continue. The 14-day notice rule above applies in full to changes in plan prices. To ask any questions, you can write to us via Wiozen's Help center.
