1. Seller and payment
The seller's identity and contact details are on the Legal information page on the Wiozen account site. Forge plans are paid with your Wiozen balance; prices are in US dollars (USD), and the fee is deducted from your balance at the time of purchase or renewal. Balance top-ups and refunds of balance are subject to Wiozen's Refund and Balance Policy.
2. Before you buy
Before you buy, or before you resume a paused plan, the Plans page shows pre-contract information: seller details, the price in its currency, the renewal period, how to turn off automatic renewal, the right of withdrawal and complaint routes. To make a purchase, you must also tick the box stating "I have read the pre-contract information; I confirm that the plan starts immediately, and I know that I have no right of withdrawal and that the fee paid is not refunded." The box is not pre-ticked; no purchase can be made without ticking it.
3. Renewal and pausing
- The plan renews automatically every 30 days, and your video allowance is reset.
- 3 days before renewal, you receive a reminder in the panel stating the renewal date, the fee and how to turn off renewal.
- If the plan price changes, it is announced through a panel notice. An increase applies only to renewals made at least 14 days after the announcement; renewals within those 14 days are made at the old price. A reduction applies immediately. If you do not accept the change, you may turn off renewal.
- If your balance is insufficient at renewal, the plan is paused. When you top up your balance and resume the plan from the Plans page, a new 30-day period begins.
4. Turning off renewal (cancellation)
You can turn off automatic renewal at any time with the "Turn off renewal" button on the Plans page. The plan continues to work until the end of the period you have paid for, and closes when that period ends; no fee is charged for the next period. If you turn off renewal for a paused plan, the plan closes immediately.
5. Changing plans
- When you move to a higher plan, only the price difference for the remaining days is deducted from your balance, and the new plan starts immediately.
- A move to a lower plan takes effect at the end of the period; your current plan continues until then. As no fee is charged for this move, no confirmation of pre-contract information is requested.
6. Refunds and right of withdrawal
A Forge plan is a service whose performance begins at the moment of purchase. Before you buy, you confirm in a separate checkbox that the service starts immediately; this confirmation is recorded together with its time and your IP address. Under Art. 15(1)(h) of the Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for a service whose performance has begun, with your confirmation, before the withdrawal period expires; therefore the plan fee paid is not refunded. The only exception: if Wiozen terminates the service, or closes your account without fault on your part, the unused part of the paid period you are in is refunded to you on a pro-rata basis by day. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 are reserved in case of a defective service.
7. Issues on our side
- Videos that cannot be rendered or processed do not use up your video allowance.
- For a pool video that we remove, the allowance deducted for it is refunded.
- In the event of a long-term outage or defect in the service, your statutory rights under Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 (free re-performance, price reduction or termination of the contract) are reserved; in addition, we may grant you video allowance or time.
8. Complaints and how to apply
For questions and complaints about your plan, you can write to us via Wiozen's Help center. For disputes, you may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee within the monetary limits set each year by the Ministry of Trade. For disputes exceeding those limits, you may apply to a mediator and to the consumer court.
